We can arrange private and group land tours, luxury cruises, business class air arrangements (private and commercial) and much more. We will listen to your ideas, collaborate with you and make suggestions to enhance your travel experience with our best preferred suppliers.
Our Virtuoso membership, along with our travel connections, provides you with value added amenities you may only receive through Sixth Star Travel.
We charge an initial planning fee, which may be amended as the trip progresses. Our fees are dependent upon the complexity and booking timeline of your trip. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card by Sixth Star Travel at the initial stage of planning.

What to expect:

We will have an initial discussion via phone or in person of your trip including your dates, ideas, questions, and our
recommendations.

We will create a profile of you for information needed for your first trip. This information collected will be encrypted and stored according to PCI compliant regulations.

Based on our discussions, we will contact the best suppliers for your particular itinerary.

For any airfare required, we will compare rates with the resources available to us., included our airline consolidators.
Airfares are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Our airline fees are per ticket and are an additional fee.
Changes to your airline tickets incur fees charged by the airlines.

We will offer you a complete program that includes transfers (transportation to and from the airport) hotel
accommodations, tour, sightseeing, and other services we have discussed.

After receiving a full proposal, we can adjust the arrangements to your satisfaction and confirm them with your
approval. Information on deposits, final payments, and cancellation policies are provided upfront and on your deposit
confirmation. Please be sure to review for accuracy.

A final itinerary, with all travel details, will be provided to you as a PDF as well as via an electronic version, which can be downloaded to your phone or tablet. Details of each service will be listed as well as confirmation and local contact information. Your final itinerary is a valuable part of your trip and should be referred to often, while traveling. Most suppliers no longer send paper documents. Changes to your itinerary can be made as requested. We include two additional revisions from the original proposal at no cost. Further revisions, beyond the two included, will be charged accordingly. This is in addition to any charges levied by the supplier.

We offer 24/7 ongoing coverage while you are traveling, with support from both the Florida and St. Louis location.

Payments:

With the exception of Sixth Star Travel charges, all payments are charged by the suppliers providing arrangements.
We do not accept payments through our website. Your payments for deposits and other financial fees may be listed
on your initial quote or invoice and may be discussed with you by one of our advisors or administrative personnel should
you have any questions.
Cancellation Policy:
If you find you need to cancel any confirmed services or your entire trip, Sixth Star Travel will charge a cancellation fee based on the particular circumstances. Suppliers may also charge cancellation fees. These suppliers include, but are not limited to, airlines, hotels, tour operators, ground suppliers and any other suppliers used in confirming your travel.
We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance for your trip. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you will be asked to sign a waiver rejecting this coverage.
